Training During the Hol~!

ok.. been teaching myself how to use coreldraw 12 for few days and finally kinda mastered it. U'll only improve when motivated... my case.. more like forced. I guess that's why i took up the challenge in teaching this new software in this 4 days training. Somehow, I kind of like the software now that I'm used to it and know almost all of the functions. It's easy to use and I heard from my trainees that it is rather cheap. Good thing I manage the training well... but when I see all my colleagues are on their Gawai Holiday~, T_T Damn... I'm starting to curse at myself for being too hardworking. I need a break too~! Now, the college is cold.. and even the office is cold. Only me in office so hardworking. The rest? They're relaxing and enjoying themselves in the office. They deserve it.. they've struggled hard over the semester and it's time for them to rest before the new semester starts.. It's the same for the students. They miss their hometown and it's time for them to rest their brains before they go crazy and ran amok. Maybe I should start it first? hahaha... wanna set a trend. I'm glad the hectic week is finally over for me and all I need to do now is take things slowly. My cruel colleagues were bragging in front of me about their plans for this coming holiday. T__T
I'm sick of that bloody nurses who keep on refering me as my grandpa's daughter.. WTH~! My grandpa is old.. and this is the second time that it happened.. when I heard it, I nearly choked and tried really hard NOT to glare. Since I'm good in glaring, controlling my facial expression is hard at moments like this. Damn nurses.. for the sake of good service, I need to swallow my pride and smile politely... The funny part is when I was leaving the hospital. I was passing this cross-eyed nurse. Dont mean to be rude, but somehow, I dont have confidence in her. I'm scared she'll have problem in making a good eye judgement.. oh well.. I guess, the hospital are more lenient in the nurses' qualifications these days.

Our Cooking Day on 17th May 2008

Okay.. this blog was supopsed to be put up on the 17th May 2008. That day, we've decided to make full use of our free-time together. Since I hardly goes out with them lately, so.. trying to make it up to them. So, this is our day together. We met in the morning for breakfast at one of our favourite spot. The one behind Secret Recipe in town. Cant remember the name of the coffee shop. I love the salty & spicy cha kueh with their laksa. Eating cha kueh with laksa is just yum.. so, the three of us ordered the same dishes.

After this breakfast, we went shopping for our ingredients. We planned to bake today~! Ja is so greedy.. as usual. She wanted to bake three recipes in one afternoon.. damn.. somehow, we managed tho. :) enjoyed the day.. rushing.. beating... mixing... baking.... cutting.. and lastly.. tired out. It's a great day outing.. 3 silly women doing silly things. hahaha..

Hehehe.. went to the outlet last sat. It was a good one. One of my favourite place for breakfast. My favourite is their Kopi C with kaya toast and half-boiled eggs. Just nice... but sometime they didnt toast the bread long enough. But that day, my meal was perfect. I ordered the Set A that cost me RM5.15. costly for a breakfast, but once a while, it's ok. :)

Birthday Prank~!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY~!

First of all, I would like to wish my dearest friend, Happy Birthday! Okay, when she first received the yogurt as a gift, she was not at all impressed. She was in fact cursing at me and my fren. Calling us as her two hopeless friends. We told her that we were too broke to buy her anything but that yogurt that is RM0.99 and it expires the very next day (it's on sale). She was glaring at us eventhough she accepted it. She's sporting enough to take a pic with it tho. The best part was that we made her finish the yogurt since it'll be expired in a few minutes (we gave it to her at nearly 12midnite). She took the first sip and she nearly vomitted it out.. it was plain yogurt and she hated it. somehow, she finished it while glaring and cursing at the two of us. we tried to convince her that we meant well since she needs all the good stuff in her life and yogurt is good for health. as if she'll believe us... then Ja came out with the best idea by telling her that the expiry date means all her bad lucks will expire by the next day and it's a total good new beginning for her. When she heard it, she nearly murdered us with her glare. hahaha.. oh well.. the two of us had a good laugh. I even took a video of it to show to the other geng keras.. since not all of them were there. We enjoyed it lots and gave her the real present after she finished the yogurt by 12midnite (took her nearly 10mins).. She loves the present.

Dinner at WestWood~!

Ok.. went to westwood for dinner tonite with my two friends. Always loved the food.. the atmosphere is nice and cozy. the price is cheap if you compare it to other places. It's not air-conditioned by it's cooling.. tonite, we tried the pork, lamb and chicken chops. I personally like the chicken chop the best. The taste is tastier.. We had mushroom soup as well..it's okay.. rating = 4/10. I prefer the one in the junk.

The rating? Food = 7/10, atmosphere = 8/10, service = 8/10
